{"id":1560,"date":"2011-07-02T12:14:32","date_gmt":"2011-07-02T11:14:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mdemierre.speleologie.ch\/?p=1560"},"modified":"2015-01-22T17:03:49","modified_gmt":"2015-01-22T16:03:49","slug":"desob-a-la-cartouche-hilti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.techt.ch\/mdemierre\/?p=1560","title":{"rendered":"Tic-Boum (cartouches Hilti)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Technique<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La technique du Tic-Boum (cartouches Hilti) consiste \u00e0 percuter une cartouche pour pistolet \u00e0 clous (en particulier les cartouches Hilti noires) plac\u00e9es au fond d&rsquo;un forage de typ. diam\u00e8tre 8 mm X 100 mm. Pour y arriver un percuteur, une tige ayant un diam\u00e8tre tr\u00e8s proche de celui du trou avec au bout un usinage pour assurer une percussion annulaire, est introduit dans le trou et la mise \u00e0 feu est obtenu en frappant dessus avec un marteau. Ceci permet la destruction de blocs isol\u00e9s. Il est aussi possible d&rsquo;utiliser cette technique dans de la roche en place.<\/p>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode est <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">intrins\u00e8quement dangereuse<\/span>, en particulier de part\u00a0les projections de m\u00e9tal le long de la tige du percuteur. Une plaque de protection ajust\u00e9e \u00e0 la tige du percuteur est absolument requise. Ne pas oublier des lunettes, des gants et des protections auditives ! Je vous laisse consulter la bibliographie pour obtenir des d\u00e9tails sur cette technique. <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Je ne peux qu&rsquo;en d\u00e9conseiller l&rsquo;usage<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0et le but de cet article est uniquement d&rsquo;informer.\u00a0Cette technique, \u00e0 priori ill\u00e9gale.<\/p>\n<p>Ne pas oublier des lunettes, des gants, des protections auditives et des protections contre les \u00e9clats (en particulier une plaque de protection ajust\u00e9e \u00e0 la tige du percuteur) !<\/p>\n<p>Un outils commercial, appel\u00e9 Boulder Buster, est bas\u00e9 sur le m\u00eame principe, mais en permettant \u00e9videmment une mise \u00e0 feu \u00e0 couvert.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Comparaison d\u00e9tonateur\/Tic-Boum<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La plus petite charge explosive classique est constitut\u00e9e d&rsquo;une simple amorce \u00e9lectrique (moins de 1 gramme d&rsquo;explosif). Elle peut \u00eatre plac\u00e9e dans un forage de 8 mm de diam\u00e8tre, comme une cartouche Hilti. Avec une si petite charge, il est tout \u00e0 fait possible d&rsquo;agrandir des pincements de m\u00e9andres, d\u00e9truire des blocs, &#8230; Cette technique \u00e0 l&rsquo;immense avantage de permettre la mise \u00e0 couvert, contrairement aux cartouches Hilti.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">D\u00e9gagement de CO<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans les articles de Regards 28, la probl\u00e9matique du d\u00e9gagement de CO des cartouches Hilti est abord\u00e9e. Selon Hilti, une cartouche d\u00e9gage 0.055 litre de CO et le tir de deux cartouches dans un bidon \u00e9tanche de 190 litres (cas extr\u00eame du confinement) a donn\u00e9 270 ppm de CO (valeur mesur\u00e9e). Le tir d&rsquo;une amorce \u00e9lectrique dans le m\u00eame volume produirait approximativement 120\/0.190 = 630 ppm.<\/p>\n<p>En ne faisant sauter que cette amorce \u00e9lectrique, la quantit\u00e9 de CO d\u00e9gag\u00e9e est de 120 ppm\/m3, ce qui veut dire que si les gaz d&rsquo;explosif sont dissolus dans un volume de 10 m3 (une petite salle, le volume d&rsquo;un m\u00e9andre, &#8230;), la quantit\u00e9 de CO mesur\u00e9e est de seulement 12 ppm, ce qui est une valeur inoffensive.<\/p>\n<p>La production de CO d&rsquo;une amorce \u00e9lectrique est seulement 2.3 fois sup\u00e9rieur est l&rsquo;effet du minage est tr\u00e8s nettement sup\u00e9rieur.\u00a0Le rapport efficacit\u00e9\/ d\u00e9gagement de CO des deux m\u00e9thodes est sans aucun doute \u00e0 l&rsquo;avantage de l&rsquo;amorce \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Bibliographie :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>M.
