{"id":4927,"date":"2015-11-30T23:56:49","date_gmt":"2015-11-30T22:56:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mdemierre.speleologie.ch\/?p=4927"},"modified":"2015-12-17T00:13:35","modified_gmt":"2015-12-16T23:13:35","slug":"controle-des-epi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.techt.ch\/mdemierre\/?p=4927","title":{"rendered":"Contr\u00f4le des EPI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Compte tenu de l\u2019utilisation qui est faite, de l\u2019\u00e9volution des techniques et de la compatibilit\u00e9 des produits entre eux, la dur\u00e9e de vie maximale des EPI est, sauf \u00a0directives du fabriquant, de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 ans pour les cordes ;<\/li>\n<li>ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e pour les mousquetons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n<p>Ceci pour autant que les points suivants soient respect\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les EPI n\u2019ont pas subi de chute ou d\u2019effort importants ;<\/li>\n<li>les EPI n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 en contact direct avec un environnement agressif, comme la pr\u00e9sence de produits chimiques, des temp\u00e9ratures extr\u00eames, etc\u2026 Il est bien clair qu\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e9nement exceptionnel peut conduire \u00e0 devoir rebuter un EPI apr\u00e8s une seule utilisation ;<\/li>\n<li>les EPI sont stock\u00e9s dans un endroit temp\u00e9r\u00e9, sec, \u00e0 l&rsquo;abri des UV et des produits chimiques. Si n\u00e9cessaire, ils auront pr\u00e9alablement \u00e9t\u00e9 nettoy\u00e9s et s\u00e9ch\u00e9s ;<\/li>\n<li>avant et apr\u00e8s chaque utilisation, une v\u00e9rification fonctionnelle, visuelle et tactile doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e. De plus, un contr\u00f4le p\u00e9riodique approfondi doit \u00eatre fait au minimum tous les 12 mois.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour rappel, dans tous les cas, un EPI doit \u00eatre rebut\u00e9\u2009si :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>il a plus de 10 ans et il est compos\u00e9 de plastique ou textile ;<\/li>\n<li>il a subi une chute ou un effort important ;<\/li>\n<li>le r\u00e9sultat des v\u00e9rifications du produit n&rsquo;est pas satisfaisant ;<\/li>\n<li>il y a un doute sur sa fiabilit\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>son historique complet d&rsquo;utilisation n&rsquo;est pas connu (produit trouv\u00e9 ou d&rsquo;occasion, par exemple);<\/li>\n<li>son usage est obsol\u00e8te\u2009(\u00e9volution l\u00e9gislative, normative, technique ou incompatibilit\u00e9 avec d&rsquo;autres \u00e9quipements).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A titre indicatif, dans un environnement propre, le ressort d\u2019un doigt de mousqueton peut subir environ 50\u2019000 manipulations.<\/p>\n<p>Les produits rebut\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9truits pour \u00e9viter une future utilisation.<\/p>\n<p>Un excellent document de Petzl avec des <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"http:\/\/mdemierre.speleologie.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/Entretien-materiel-montagne.pdf\">conseils pour pr\u00e9server vos \u00e9quipements<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour votre formation sur le contr\u00f4le des EPI, SUBSA :<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.subsa.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-62\" src=\"http:\/\/mdemierre.speleologie.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/subsa_logo.png\" alt=\"SUBSA -
