La corde est lov\u00e9e. Facile !\u00a0ngg_shortcode_3_placeholder<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La technique bas\u00e9e sur des anneaux est une source de torons (vrilles de la corde), que ce soit lors du lovage ou du d\u00e9lovage.
